Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

COMPUSYSTEMIT S.A.C.S., RUC 20616605471, with registered address at JR. LOS MASTUERZOS NRO. 1642, Lima, Peru. Email for personal data matters: noreply.compusystemit@gmail.com. The data is stored in the «Customers» personal data bank, registered or in the process of registration with the National Personal Data Protection Authority.

2. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, company, email, phone, country.
  • Tax data for the receipt: DNI, RUC, company name or foreign tax document.
  • Subscription and payment data (we do not store full card details; they are processed by the payment provider).
  • Technical data: IP address, consent dates and service usage logs.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Necessary for the service (consent and performance of the contract): managing the registration, creating and maintaining the platform, providing support, charging the subscription and issuing receipts.
  • Legal obligations: tax (SUNAT) and complaint handling.
  • Optional (only with your separate consent): sending news and offers. Refusing does not prevent you from contracting the service.

4. Recipients and transfers

We share the data only with the providers needed to provide the service, who act on our behalf: payment processor (Mercado Pago), email service, hosting and backups, and SUNAT or the electronic invoicing operator for receipts. Some of these providers may be outside Peru (cross-border flow); in that case we require an adequate level of protection. We do not sell or transfer the data to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Retention

We keep the data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and consumer protection regulations. Marketing communication data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation (erasure), objection and, where applicable, portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the email indicated in section 1 with a copy of your identity document. We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can file a claim with the National Personal Data Protection Authority of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. If you reside in the European Union, you can also contact the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect the data: encrypted connections, access control, strong passwords and backups.

8. Minors

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies necessary for the session and for the operation of the registration and the store. If analytics or advertising cookies are used, your prior consent will be requested.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be on this page and relevant changes will be communicated to you.
